Chris Havens
Havens lives and works in Brooklyn, running his own company specializing in creative workspace, properties being renovated for offices and emerging neighborhoods. He co-created the commercial real estate program in dumbo that continues to be successful today. He has a long background in Brooklyn affordable housing, residential sales and government. Active in the community, he holds leadership positions with the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and the Brooklyn Children’s Museum.

Kyle Huebbe
Kyle Huebbe specializes in small tenant office leasing, he focuses on finding the perfect space for creative tenant needs. Kyle lives in Crown Heights, Brooklyn and is a contributor for NostrandPark.com. Prior to working in commercial real estate, he worked as a chef, and now appreciates seeing daylight, biking around Brooklyn, and working with a diverse and talented clientele.
