Space is leasing steadily now, to new tenants including LIGHT INDUSTRY, Rogers Camera, Cameron Hickey web design and film, Brian Bender & Michael Trepaigner sound engineers, two artists and other tenants on the way.
Live/Work Not Happening Here
Hey, to the many folks who call about live/work space, know that is is never happening at Industry City. Residential is incompatible with the many different commercial uses we have and will continue to have. It is also not legal. Residential use pushes out jobs, the opposite of what we are achieving here.
