Directions by Car or Train

Industry City is actually rather easy to reach whether you’re taking mass-transit, walking from your home, bicycling or driving.
You can find general directions below or get custom directions sent to your phone via VOICE, TEXT/SMS, or PDA
(IPhone, Blackberry, Treo, etc.)
To reach ICCWS by Subway:

From Downtown Brooklyn & Manhattan: The 36th Street (4th Avenue) station is the major Sunset Park subway hub and is served by the R local, the N and the D express and the M (rush hours only). All trains go south from downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan through the Pacific Street station, where you may connect with the 2,3,4,5, B, and Q trains.
The R runs local through downtown Brooklyn from the Wall Street area, uptown along Broadway and Queens. The N stops at Pacific, after Canal Street (6,J,M), and Union Square (L,Q,W,4,5,6). The D stops at Grand Street/Chinatown before Pacific, coming from Broadway/Lafayette (B,D,F,V), and West 4th (A,C,E).
When you exit the 36th Street station, walk along 36th Street towards the tall industrial building on the next block, past the Gowanus elevated expressway. Cross Third Avenue under the Gowanus, walking to 220 36th Street on the next block. Less than two blocks total - you can do it.

Street parking is available on 2nd Avenue, on 3rd and under the Gowanus Expressway and is generally meter free! Best times are early or late in the day. 36th Street goes eastbound towards the harbor. Commercial plates only on 36th Street between 2nd and 3rd between 8am and 6pm weekdays.
Parking lots are being provided in the future. I have found spaces regularly, at all times, just give it a shot.
Driving locally from DUMBO, the Heights or Carroll Gardens, take the Hamilton Expressway down to 3rd Avenue to 36th. From the Slope go down 4th Avenue to 36th. From points east and southeast, take the Prospect Expressway or drive along 39th Street east bound.
From the south, take the Belt to the Gowanus to the 38th Street exit. Turn left at 4th Avenue, go up 4th to 36th, turn left again and go a block and half to 220 36th Street.
From the north, take the BQE to the Gowanus Expressway, exit at 39th Street, turn right onto 2nd Avenue at the bottom of the ramp, go north 3 blocks to 36th Street, park, walk to 220 36th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues.
