Workspace Market Active This Fall
Luckily, the down real estate market hasn’t much effected the demand for small work spaces. We’ve been having fun showing 220 36th Street, with the spaces laid out, studs up and views easy to point out.
Tenants from construction, design, photography, film and telcommunications have visited thus far.
