The workspaces are located at 220 36th Street, located 1 and 1/2 blocks directly down the street from the 36th & 4th Avenue Express subway stop, is an early twentieth-century manufacturing building. A portion is being upgraded for 21st century creatives and new media leaders.

We are converting the freight elevator to passenger/freight use as well as designing a new modern lobby and entrance.

The building faces the New York Harbor on its west side. Two spaces have water views and the others have open city views of neighboring factory buildings, the sky and local streets. All spaces are bright, airy and remodeled to inspire New York City’s most creative minds.
