Industry City Associates announces the Industry City Creative Workspaces (ICCWS) Program

Industry City Associates announces the Industry City Creative Workspaces (ICCWS) program, expanding the range of production space there to include modern, affordable workspace for designers, new media companies, craft tenants, and other production-oriented businesses.

Available for December leasing, the fully renovated spaces are located in classic industrial buildings on the Sunset Park waterfront. Contemporary by design and wired for speed, ICCWS is part of Industry City, the largest industrial complex of its kind, which welcomes both manufacturers and innovative business looking to expand.

Industry City is located one block from the 36th Street station of the D, N & R subway lines, which offer express connections only two stops away from Manhattan.

Sized from 812 rsf to 2598 rsf, the workspaces feature all new systems, including internet access, lighting, windows and electrics. Asking rents average $15.99 per rsf per year for one to three year leases, with half the spaces at $1100 a month and all but two under $2000 month.

This new initiative represents a small proportion of the six million square foot Industry City complex, the majority of which will continue to be offered for industrial use.

Sunset Park, a lively urban mix of industrial space, affordable housing, parks, ethnic food and neighborhood services, is now one of Brooklyn’s best places to find reasonably priced work spaces.
