It's a good thing there there are workspaces like this ready for occupancy -- really hassle-free. And speaking of which, I just learned that there's a Wilma Flintstone song. Just downloaded it and quite a good tune to jam with while reading articles.

I remember looking for an office space a few years ago when I was working out of Brooklyn, it was a nightmare to find anything affordable.

No doubt, the floor plan is pretty impressive the professionals who made this are really talented. I remember looking for an office space a few years ago when I was working out of Brooklyn, it was a nightmare to find anything affordable.

Wow, great price for the area. I remember looking for an office space a few years ago when I was working out of Brooklyn, it was a nightmare to find anything affordable. We may be expanding our real estate license offices out that direction so I will certainly keep this in mind. Thanks.

Yes, we just lowered our prices. The smaller spaces have been reduced from $1100 to $965. The fact that their off the Express train station and have great light, windows, high ceilings - make these a steal. We do have two of the units already taken.
